What's new in 2018?
The book is being reworked in Fall 2018 as it is used in as a textbook in a graduate course in Applied Bioinformatics. The website https://www.biostarhandbook.com/ will contain the most up to date version of the book with periodic updates to the PDF, eBook and Kindle versions.
Starting with Aug 2018 the book will also include an online course titled Python Programming in 100 hours.
This course will introduce the Python Programming language in the context of analyzing the bioinformatics data produced by the techniques covered in the Biostar Handbook. Enrollment is included with the book.
